I often have had an urge to compare\u00a0Svami\u00a0Vivekananda with Dr. Hedgewar, founder of Rashtriya Svayamsevak Sangha because I always regarded these two titanic personalities being progenies of the legend of Svami Ramakrisna Paramahamsa. By way of Karma, both were\u00a0Guru Bhai<\/em>-s. Of all the commonalities and diversities between them, there is one\u00a0aspect that stands out conspicuously stark and livid.<\/strong><\/p>\nDr. Hedgewar was acutely conscious of haplessness of\u00a0Hindu-s, their extreme vulnerability to oppressions and onslaughts from non\u00a0Hindu-s, existence of no centralised authority to protect them from constant attempts to destroy\u00a0Sanatana Dharma<\/em>\u00a0due to absence of Hindu-unity. He perceived very well, how Abrahamic faiths had been methodically targeting disorganised Hindu-s to proselytise them overtly as well as covertly, how deviously they planned fragmentation of this ancient nation before capturing entire nation bit by bit and how to systematically annihilate\u00a0Sanatana Dharma<\/em>\u00a0itself. Entirely dedicated to the nation right since his teens, Dr. Hegdewar also visualised, as efforts to reform and unite Hindu-s multiply, so would multiply persistent efforts to browbeat the nation as well as Hindu-s too as we unfortunately observe today in response to installation of a \u2018genuinely secular\u2019 Government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi 2014 onward. Greatest visionary of the century dedicated his entire life\u00a0promoting the cause of\u00a0Hindu-unity among various groups\/streams of\u00a0Hinduism apart from national character building by raising Bharatiya-s endowed with\u00a0Sanatana<\/em>\u00a0virtues. He was very particular about grooming\u00a0Hindu-s with respect to\u00a0Hindu-unity right\u00a0since impressionable stage of childhood on the lines of\u00a0Gurukula<\/em>-s, actively encouraged participation of children\u00a0in\u00a0Sakha<\/em>-s and laid foundation of a nationwide chain of schools with that mission statement. Today RSS and associated organisations have worldwide presence promoting\u00a0Sanatana<\/em>\u00a0values and the great holistic ideal of\u00a0Hindu-unity. The mission has been so effective that emerging\u00a0Hindu\u00a0righteousness and unity are now a matter of concern for so many across the world albeit for no rhyme or reason.\u00a0Hindu-unity has always been a burning issue as even highly accomplished\u00a0Hindu\u00a0society had never been united in past, suffered grievously as a consequential aftermath. Not only that,\u00a0Sanatana<\/em>\u00a0scriptures have nowhere grappled with the issue of Hindu-unity at all, so urgently required today. Dr. Hedgewar very effectively addressed the grave issue to its logical conclusion of the glorious\/spectacular rewards that the world is witnessing today probably for the first time in the history of\u00a0Sanatana Dharma<\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\nThat was the aspect which even\u00a0Svami\u00a0Vivekananda overlooked. Svamiji\u00a0stressed upon\u00a0Uttistha<\/em>\u00a0Bharata\u00a0while what was terribly required at that crucial moment of nations history was\u00a0Sanghathit \u00a0<\/em>Hindu,\u00a0Uttistha\u00a0<\/em>Bharata. He sorely missed the stark reality that\u00a0Uttistha\u00a0<\/em>Bharata\u00a0is hidden within\u00a0Uttistha\u00a0<\/em>Hindu\u00a0while the converse is not true at all. Svamiji probably did\/could not visualise, without\u00a0Sanghathit<\/em>\u2013Uttistha\u00a0<\/em>Hindu,\u00a0Uttistha\u00a0<\/em>Bharata\u00a0is outright impossible to attain. Probably he also overlooked the grave reality that without\u00a0Sanghathit\u00a0<\/em>Hindu, not only\u00a0Uttishtha\u00a0<\/em>Bharata was impossible to attain but also entire Hindu community would be wiped out and through that,\u00a0Sanatana Dharma<\/em>\u00a0itself.\u00a0Svamiji<\/em>\u00a0also did not condescend to emphasise that survival of non Hindu-s is guaranteed only so long as Hindu-s survive in Bharata. Hence, existence and survival of all other communities is possible only through existence and survival of Hindu-s alone. So critical, so crucial is existence, survival and unity of Hindu community in this nation !! Svamijis message to\u00a0Bharata had been to rise and awake while Dr. Hedgewars had been to awake, rise and unite Hindu-s.<\/strong><\/p>\nDr. Hedgewar was as great a visionary as\u00a0Svami\u00a0Vivekananda or may be he surpassed the\u00a0Svami owing to this aspect of his precise to the core farsightedness and greatness in spite of not being a\u00a0Siddha Yogi\u00a0<\/em>like Svamiji. And results are here for the entire world to behold. Today RSS have grown like a giant banyan tree encompassing entire world while RK Mission appear to be losing direction and ground by turning too secular, by worshipping Jesus and by lobbying to be classified as \u2018minority community\u2019 !!\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\nDr. KB Hedgewar was\u00a0Acarya<\/em>\u00a0Canakya<\/em>\u00a0of 20th Century\u00a0Bharatvarsa<\/em>\u00a0with a highly precise mission to accomplish that would change entire contours of Hindu society and the world for centuries to come. He stepped in to address a national level crisis that no one had perceived till then.
