Introduction<\/p>\n
There is no denying the fact that\u00a0Arvind Kejriwal<\/b>, a newly commissioned\u00a0 secular anarchist romping\u00a0 across\u00a0\u00a0India<\/span>\u2019s political theatre has confounded many analysts and political pundits.\u00a0\u00a0His emergence as a motor-mouth political know-all\u00a0 requires an in-depth analysis.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n By\u00a0 now most \u00a0Indians\u00a0 know that Kejriwal and his \u00a0political gorilla, Aam Aadmi Party, have been funded and sired by \u00a0the Central\u00a0 Intelligence\u00a0 Agency of\u00a0 the\u00a0 USA through its powerful\u00a0<\/b>financial<\/span>\u00a0arm, the Ford Foundation.\u00a0<\/b>Even so, the truth about the funding of AAP by some foreign-based \u00a0anti-India forces has not fully reached the crores of marginalized\u00a0hoi \u00a0polloi,<\/i>\u00a0\u00a0trapped in\u00a0hunger<\/span>\u00a0and penury, across\u00a0rural India<\/span>. \u00a0There has been media spotlight on an NGO\u00a0Kabir,<\/b>\u00a0run by Kejriwal and his closest confidante\u00a0Manish Sisodia<\/b>\u00a0and other\u00a0camp<\/span>\u00a0followers.<\/p>\n It is alleged that\u00a0Kejri\u2019s\u00a0Kabir had received a financial largesse totaling $ 3,97,000 as\u00a0<\/b>grants<\/span>\u00a0 from the\u00a0 Ford\u00a0 Foundation<\/b>. Another prominent member of AAP\u00a0Yogendra Yadav<\/b>,a\u00a0former<\/span>\u00a0Fellow of the\u00a0Centre for Developing Societies<\/a>,\u00a0New Delhi<\/span>, has allegedly received substantial funds from\u00a0Ford Foundation<\/b>\u00a0through the\u00a0ICSSR<\/b><\/a>.\u00a0 Similarly some other members of AAP have \u00a0allegedly received funds from some dubious sources.<\/p>\n Admittedly Kejriwal is a sharp-shooter\u00a0strategist<\/span>\u00a0who knows his onions well.\u00a0 But the successful debut of\u00a0AAP<\/b>\u00a0on the political\u00a0horizon<\/span>\u00a0during Delhi Assembly elections did expose another\u00a0secret<\/span>\u00a0relationship of Team\u00a0<\/b>Kejri<\/b>\u00a0with our hostile neighbour<\/b>\u00a0which needs to be made public and debated. In addition to the Ford Foundation, Kejriwal has\u00a0 perhaps some more powerful \u00a0foreign connections, too\u2013maybe in\u00a0West Asia<\/span>\u00a0and \u00a0possibly even in Pakistan!<\/p>\n Kejriwal pampers fundamentalist Muslim clerics<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n The\u00a0 unusual success of the\u00a0Aam Aadmi\u00a0 Party<\/b>\u00a0in the Delhi elections had caused tectonic tremors across the country. especially in the ranks of the BJP brass who were caught napping. \u00a0No wonder the party paid a\u00a0high price<\/span>\u00a0for not being able to read the tea leaves of AAP \u00a0narrative and its crafty founder,\u00a0Kejriwal, who stonewalled the formation of a BJP government in the national capital.<\/b><\/p>\n The \u00a0rise and rise of Kejriwal began with his well\u00a0planned<\/span>\u00a0and timely\u00a0 association with the anti-corruption<\/span>\u00a0movement of\u00a0Anna Hazare<\/b>\u00a0 launched in April 2011, for \u00a0enacting the Lok Pal Bill. Interestingly neither Anna nor most of his associates, except \u00a0perhaps\u00a0 to some extent \u00a0Kiran Bedi,<\/b>\u00a0could decipher Kejriwal\u2019s\u00a0 ultra-clever\u00a0game plan<\/span>.<\/p>\n The clue to the\u00a0<\/b>shape of things<\/span>\u00a0to come was reflected in\u00a0<\/b>Kejri<\/b>\u2019s \u00a0meetings with the Imam of Jama Masjid and other Muslim leaders at whose instance in the third week of August, 2011, Bharat Mata\u2019s \u00a0portrait was suddenly\u00a0 removed from\u00a0 Anna\u2019s stage and replaced with the likeness of Gandhiji<\/b>.\u00a0 The shrewd implications of\u00a0 this \u201cmeaningful<\/span>\u201d change was neither analysed nor understood \u00a0either by our unpaid or \u2018paid\u2019 media or by the BJP. In this context,\u00a0the Shahi Imam of Jama Masjid disclosed that\u00a0 Hazare\u2019s\u00a0<\/b>team members<\/span>\u00a0had also asked him to share the stage with them at Ramlila Maidan<\/b>\u00a0but he was not inclined to go there.\u00a0 He\u00a0claimed<\/span>\u00a0to have told\u00a0Kejri\u00a0 that \u00a0\u201cif you want to include Muslims in your movement, you will also have to understand their pain and problems, and you would do well to also highlight issues of concern to Muslims<\/i>,\u201d \u00a0He further added that \u00a0the greater evil in the country was communalism which should be addressed first. Additionally, Imam Bukhari told\u00a0Kejri\u00a0and his teammates\u00a0 that communal powers were also participating \u00a0in their campaign due to which it was difficult for Muslims to join them.<\/p>\n Equally surprising was the ignorance of our \u00a0political\u00a0analysts<\/span>\u00a0on the import of \u00a0Kejri\u2019s sudden but meaningful two hours long meeting with the fundamentalist fatwa-issuing cleric,\u00a0Maulana Tauqeer Raza Khan<\/b>\u00a0of Bareilly, who had issued a \u2018fatwa\u2019\u00a0 in 2007 promising a reward \u00a0for forcing Taslima Nasreen to burn her books and leave India.\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0Earlier in the March 2006, \u00a0\u00a0the \u00a0same cleric had issued a \u2018fatwa\u2019 for beheading \u00a0the American President George Bush<\/b>\u00a0when he visited India. Though \u00a0clever\u00a0Kejri\u00a0tried to dismiss his meeting with the notorious \u00a0Maulana as a courtesy call, the \u00a0latter was more frank. He admitted that Kejriwal had\u00a0 come\u00a0 to his house for a 2 hours long meeting with him. In fact, he showered praise on Arvind Kejriwal in the following words:<\/p>\n \u201cKejriwal came to meet me at my residence. I liked his simplicity. He \u00a0is against the Congress and BJP. This is \u00a0a common factor between\u00a0 us and I assured him of my support\u201d1 –<\/p>\n According to a reliable source, \u00a0Maulana Tauqeer<\/b>\u00a0had reportedly agreed to address some\u00a0meetings<\/span>\u00a0in Delhi for AAP. The plan was, however, changed \u00a0at the instance of Kejriwal who decided to use his \u00a0favourite SMS route to reach and win the Muslim voters.<\/p>\n Now, Maulana Tauqeer is \u00a0the head of a fundamentalist outfit called the\u00a0Ittehad-e-Millat Council which is closely associated with several fundamentalist organizations in India and abroad.\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0No wonder, at the height of \u00a0the campaign for the Delhi\u00a0assembly<\/span>, a group of prominent Muslim clerics and leaders held a conference in Delhi\u00a0 in November 2013.\u00a0 Thereafter Kejriwal\u2019s time-tested\u00a0 SMS plan was put into operation for winning Muslim voters. Under\u00a0 the guidance of\u00a0 a newly formed outfit,\u00a0\u00a0United Muslim Forum<\/b>, approximately 15 lakh text messages were sent to Muslim voters, urging them to vote for AAP and not to vote for Congress. Twenty-five teams tasked with campaigning\u00a0 for AAP and against the Congress\u00a0 were sent to various constituencies of \u00a0the Delhi Assembly.\u00a0\u00a0These teams had a significant \u00a0Muslim presence.<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0The forum, which had the blessings of Maulana Tauqeer and many other Muslim leaders, \u00a0also distributed campaign material \u00a0on \u2018Congress misdeeds\u2019 and gave advertisements in Delhi\u2019s Urdu newspapers which are the staple reading material of the Muslim community. \u2018Vote for AAP, not Congress<\/i>\u2019, the ads proclaimed loudly. Any reference to the BJP was avoided because the campaigners knew that no Muslim will vote for the politically pariahed saffron party.<\/p>\n Kejriwal\u2019s seamy side exposed<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n The most seamy side of the Kejriwal\u2019s\u00a0 narrative was, however, \u00a0laid bare in\u00a0 an article posted by a Baloch journalist, Aamna Shahwani in\u00a0The Afghanistan Times<\/i>, Kabul, on 4 March, 2014.2\u00a0 Briefly, the well-researched article highlighted the following facts to which the eternal Quiz Master Kejriwal must respond:<\/p>\n 1. After\u00a0Kejri\u2019s AAP won 28 seats out of the 70,\u00a0the Pakistani media was full of praise for AAP<\/b>. \u00a0Although the BJP \u00a0had won a few more seats than the AAP, the well known Pakistani newspaper\u00a0Dawn<\/i>, totally ignored it but emphasized the AAP victory by frontpaging the news. The Pakistani media also \u00a0started praising Kejriwal for his spectacular success. No one knows why \u00a0Kejri\u00a0became a darling of of Pakistani chatterati.<\/p>\n 2. There were celebrations in different cities of Pakistan, especially in the Pakistan-administered Kashmir. CanKejri\u00a0explain what led the jihadi tribe to laud and celebrate AAP\u2019s political debut in Delhi Assembly elections?<\/p>\n 3.\u00a0There was a big spurt in the online donations from Pakistanis to AAP<\/b>. According to\u00a0Aamna<\/i>,\u00a0more support was likely come to AAP from Pakistan because the ISI wants to have a puppet regime in New Delhi.\u00a0<\/b>Surely, why there was a sudden spurt in online donations for AAP from Pakistan \u00a0needs to be explained to the Indian masses?<\/p>\n 4. In February 2014, the ga-ga-singing Pakistani journalists and media groups interviewed\u00a0Kejri. Even the Prime Minister of Pakistan\u00a0Nawaz Sharif,<\/b>\u00a0proclaimed that the victory of\u00a0Kejri\u00a0will help in resolving the Kashmir dispute.\u00a0What made Kejriwal a darling of the Pakistani politicians?\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n 5. The prime reason for Pakistan\u2019s love for\u00a0Kejri\u00a0and AAP is their anti-India stand on the Kashmir dispute. The Baloch columnist\u00a0Aamna<\/i>\u00a0pointed out that\u00a0at least\u00a0three<\/i>\u00a0members of AAP\u00a0 had delivered anti-India and pro-secessionist statements on Kashmir, including the option of referendum or plebiscite voiced\u00a0 by Prashant Bhushan<\/b>. Why do the AAP activists have a pro-secessionist approach on Kashmir?<\/p>\n 6. It needs to be observed that\u00a0AAP has many members who had pleaded for sparing the life of Ajmal Kasab<\/b>\u00a0who was convicted for waging war against India on 26\/11 in Mumbai.\u00a0Kejri\u00a0must explain why AAP leaders had a soft corner for Ajmal Kasab.<\/p>\n 7. Aamna Shahwani has also alleged that \u00a0no \u00a0attempt was made by Kejriwal during his \u00a0regime to recover the long pending electricity bills running into several lakh rupees from the Shahi Imam of Jama Masjid.<\/b>\u00a0Was the soft corner of\u00a0 the AAP leadership towards the \u00a0Shahi Imam of Jama Masjid<\/b>\u00a0for not making any attempt to recover the long pending electricity bills occasioned by his proximity to the radical Islamists\u2019 vote bank?<\/p>\n 8. After the post-poll alliance with the Congress Party,\u00a0Kejriwal forgot his earlier charge sheet against\u00a0 the former Chief Minister, Sheila Dikshit.<\/b>\u00a0Further, AAP also removed earlier posts charging Sheila Dikshit with mammoth bribery from their website. Why?<\/p>\n 9. While addressing a gathering of Muslims at the Islamic Centre in New Delhi,\u00a0Arvind Kejriwal<\/b>\u00a0publicly pronounced that communalism was a bigger threat than even corruption. He suddenly changed his focus like the shifting\u00a0 sands of Arabia and started parroting the same communal rhetoric which had been voiced by the Imam of Jama Masjid in August 2011. What caused\u00a0 this sudden somersault from his focus on his favourite issue of corruption to the so-called communalism?<\/p>\n 10. It was further pointed out that a new entrant to AAP,\u00a0Rajmohan Gandhi\u2013<\/b>a grandson of Mahatma Gandhi\u2013had launched a campaign in the USA\u00a0 for releasing the notorious ISI spy, Ghulam Nabi Fai.\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0Equally, why did\u00a0 some members of the AAP openly campaign in favour of \u00a0mercy for\u00a0Afzal Guru<\/b>\u00a0who was sentenced to death for\u00a0 the \u00a0December, 2001, attack on the Indian Parliament ?<\/p>\n The ISI\u2019s honeybee<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n Although it is difficult to identify the hand(s) responsible for nurturing and financing\u00a0 the self-confessed anarchist Kejriwal and his AAP, it will be pertinent to recall that Adrian Levy and Cathy Scott had highlighted in their extensively researched tome, The Seige<\/i>, that\u00a0Major Iqbal of \u00a0the ISI<\/b>\u00a0had boasted about\u00a0 planting in India of a super spy agent codenamed \u201cHoneybee.\u201d\u00a0The Pakistani Major had \u00a0further revealed that there was a retinue of chuhes (i.e., rats) working for the ISI across India.<\/b><\/p>\n Prima \u00a0facie,<\/i>\u00a0till now the \u00a0Intelligence Bureau does not appear to have made any worthwhile attempt to trace and arrest the so-called Honeybee and his or her rats.\u00a0 An alert was, however, sounded by\u00a0the Bureau in January 2014, warning that the ISI and LeT were trying to infiltrate into Indian political parties.<\/b>4\u00a0\u00a0In the circumstances, \u00a0the startling revelations made by Aamna Shahwani in\u00a0The Afghanistan<\/i>\u00a0Times<\/i>\u00a0 on March 4, 2014, certainly point to the urgent requirement of identifying the hidden hand of \u00a0Pakistan\u2019s Honeybee.<\/p>\n Indeed, the facts-rich article of Aamna Shahwani published in\u00a0The Afghanistan Times<\/i>\u00a0on March 4, 2014,\u00a0has cited more than one proof of the AAP being funded and supported by the ISI of Pakistan.<\/b><\/p>\n Finally the \u2018communal cat\u2019 jumped out of Kejriwal\u2019s \u2018secular topi\u2019\u2019 when recently the Washington-based\u00a0Association of Indian Muslims of America<\/b>\u00a0issued an \u201cappeal to Indian Muslim citizens and voters to raise funds for and support Aam Aadmi Party<\/i>\u201d in the upcoming\u00a0 parliamentary elections of 2014. \u00a0Showering encomiums on the\u00a0Aam Aadmi Party<\/b>\u00a0the press release of American Indian Muslims Association displayed Kejriwal\u2019s photograph and his\u00a0 famous \u2018broom\u2019 to enthuse the Muslim voters.\u00a0 The press release claimed that AAP will help the deprived Muslim community escape the police brutality, denial of justice, etc.<\/p>\n Add to this the vigorous efforts for online fund collection made by Kejriwal\u2019s trusted lieutenant,\u00a0Shazia Ilmi,<\/b>\u00a0during her visit to the Middle East in February, 2014. While Kejriwal and his cabinet sat on a dharna at Rail Bhawan, Shazia Ilmi went touring abroad to collect funds to enable her party to fight the 2014 general elections.<\/p>\n Kejriwal needs to answer his Pak connection<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n The time has come\u00a0 for\u00a0 the anarchist Kejriwal and his team mates to\u00a0 respond truthfully to the questions raised\u00a0 by Aamna Shahwani. They must come clean\u00a0now\u00a0<\/i>to dispel \u00a0the doubts troubling the minds of millions of\u00a0 patriotic Indians, especially when \u00a0there are\u00a0hush-hush rumours in the Lutyens \u00a0garden city about Kejriwal\u2019s \u00a0proximity to the Political Adviser of\u00a0 the UPA Chairperson and some prominent members of the National Advisory Council !<\/b><\/p>\n The ISI and many other spy agencies have been using the methodology of bogus online funding to destabilise nations hostile to them.\u00a0 According to knowledgeable \u00a0foreign sources,\u00a0several members of the American Indian Muslims Association \u00a0were in close touch with the ISI of Pakistan through Dr.Ghulam Fai\u00a0of Kashmiri American Council, who was\u00a0 arrested by the United States police \u00a0in July 2011 on charges of\u00a0 illegal activities and espionage<\/b>. \u00a0Interestingly the shadowy Pak agent Dr. Fai was also responsible\u00a0 for getting bogus online funds rolled over by the ISI\u00a0 through online donations for promoting the cause of Kashmiri secessionists. The Federal Bureau of Investigation discovered that he was \u00a0in \u00a0regular touch with\u00a0Abdul Majeed Tramboo<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0Nazir Ahmad Shawl<\/b>\u00a0who ran the Kashmir Centres in Brussels and London respectively. Bogus online funding is a well known trick used for espionage.<\/p>\n Surprisingly, during the last one year, Indian intelligence agencies have made no worthwhile \u00a0attempt to unravel the mysterious rise of AAP nor questioned the sources of the outfit\u2019s \u00a0remarkable success in fund-raising across West\u00a0Asia<\/span>\u00a0and\u00a0 Pakistan. They have also miserably failed to identify and capture the \u00a0ISI\u2019s \u2018Honeybee\u2019 and Major Iqbal\u2019s\u00a0\u00a0chuhe\u00a0<\/i>operating in India.
