The celebrations went off pe&#8230;acefully without any untoward incidents.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Hundreds of people took part in celebration by holding green flags while participating in the procession organised on the occasion. A public meeting was held at Moghalpura Ground. The old city was decked up for the occasion with green flags and huge banners.<\/p>\n<p>Police made elaborate security arrangements in the old city to maintain law and order. Security personnel were deployed around the places of worship and public places.
