22, 2015, had published a news of \u00a0doubtful veracity proclaiming that the<\/p>\n
Census 2011 \u00a0has disclosed that the Muslim population in India had grown by merely<\/p>\n
24 percent. It was \u00a0further highlighted that the growth rate of Muslim population<\/p>\n
was lower than the decadal Muslim growth rate of census 2001, though it was<\/p>\n
higher than the average national growth rate of \u00a018 percent for all communities.<\/p>\n
The wonky \u00a0story, apparently planted by a pro-Muslim lobb y and published in<\/p>\n
Times of India<\/i> New Delhi,\u00a0 had the trappings of \u00a0a\u00a0 contrived politico-religious narrative.<\/p>\n
Interestingly \u00a0the selectively planted\u00a0 news gave no indication whether or not the figures of<\/p>\n
The Census 2011 \u00a0indicated by the newspaper were arrived at by \u00a0excluding the census<\/p>\n
data pertaining to the two States of Assam \u00a0and Jammu and Kashmir \u00a0– \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0as was<\/p>\n
mischieveously done in respect of census 2001 data whereby hangs a tale!<\/p>\n
Meanwhile the ugly attempts of two successive governments, namely the previous<\/p>\n
UPA\u00a0\u00a0 regime and the ruling BJP led political dispensation have led to \u00a0circulation of all<\/p>\n
kinds \u00a0of \u00a0wishy-washy rumours about massive decline in the population of Hindus<\/p>\n
in Delhi and many other cities about the dramatic decline in Hindu population in<\/p>\n
several States, including Delhi.<\/p>\n
But no government can hide the truth permanently from the citizens.\u00a0 The cloak<\/p>\n
of secrecy \u00a0woven around the Census 2011 data by the BJP government was torn apart<\/p>\n
the\u00a0\u00a0 Kerala CPI\u00a0 leader Kanan Rajendran on July 20, 2015. To the surprise of the<\/p>\n
slumbering Hindus kept in dark by the BJP government that\u00a0 their population in<\/p>\n
Kerala had massively plummeted to a meagre\u00a0 48 percent, as per Census 2011.<\/p>\n
Naturally the Kerala BJP had to admit the truth despite the \u00a0clumsy attempt of their<\/p>\n
government to keep the latest census data as a closely guarded\u00a0 secret.\u00a0 On 21st<\/sup> July 2015<\/p>\n a resolution adopted post haste by the State BJP in Kozhikode proclaiming that according to<\/p>\n t0 Census 2011 the Hindus had already become a minority in Kerala 4 years ago. He<\/p>\n admitted that the minorities, i.e.\u00a0\u00a0 Muslims plus Christians had already become a majority<\/p>\n in the crescent-captured Kerala. He admitted that within next 25 years Kerala could<\/p>\n become a Muslim majority State.<\/p>\n Now rumours are rife in Lutyen\u2019s New Delhi that\u00a0 t the decline in Hindu<\/p>\n Population has declined massively in Delhi, U.P. , Bihar and West Bengal.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Consequences of Fudging Census 2001 Data by Dr. Manmohan Singh<\/b><\/p>\n According to the \u00a0then Registrar of Census, the actual percentages of decadal growth<\/p>\n rates of \u00a0Hindus and Muslims revealed by the Census 2001 were as follows:<\/p>\n Religious Group\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a01991\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a02001<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n Hindus\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 23%\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 20%<\/p>\n Muslims\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 34.5%\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 36%<\/p>\n These authentic \u00a0figures of 2001 census were \u00a0maliciously manipulated<\/p>\n by the\u00a0 UPA government led by Sonia Gandhi and Dr Manmohan Singh<\/p>\n in the year 2004 on the eve of Maharashtra Assembly elections. The<\/p>\n intention\u00a0 was to\u00a0 bluff the gullible Hindu voters by showing that the<\/p>\n percentage increase in growth of Muslim population was \u00a0only marginal<\/p>\n and not at the galloping higher growth rate of \u00a036%. The decadal growth<\/p>\n rate of Muslims was brought down\u00a0 from 36 percent\u00a0 to 29 percent<\/p>\n by deviously excluding the population headcount of 3.6 crore Indians living<\/p>\n in the two sensitive States, namely, Assam and\u00a0 Jammu Kashmir, both of<\/p>\n which have a very high percentage of Muslims. Interestingly this unparalleled<\/p>\n demographic fraud \u00a0was achieved by deleting with retrospective effect \u00a0all<\/p>\n census data in respect of Assam and Jammu & Kashmir \u00a0with retrospective<\/p>\n effect from 1961 onwards. The\u00a0 clumsy fudging\u00a0 \u00a0was allegedly done\u00a0 at the<\/p>\n instance of the \u00a0political \u00a0conscience-keeper of Sonia Gandhi with the explicit<\/p>\n approval of the then Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh, made notoriously<\/p>\n famous\u00a0 by\u00a0\u00a0 his\u00a0 \u201cMuslims First\u201d\u00a0 announcement\u00a0 made on December 9, 2006,<\/p>\n which was Sonia Gandhi\u2019s birthday ! who has always \u00a0prided himself on being\u00a0 an<\/p>\n accomplished Economist ! \u00a0This kind of statistical skullduggery had never been<\/p>\n done\u00a0 in any democratic country ever. The unprecedented manipulation of census<\/p>\n data was done\u00a0 during the \u00a0communally hyper-active regime of Sonia Gandhi and<\/p>\n Manmohan Singh \u00a0regime\u00a0 in the year 2004 on the eve \u00a0of\u00a0 Mahrashtra Assembly<\/p>\n elections. By\u00a0 manipulating the Census headcount of 201 the growth rate of Muslims<\/p>\n was deliberately \u00a0brought down from 36 percent \u00a0\u00a0to 29 percent by omitting 3.6 crore<\/p>\n Indian citizens living in two sensitive States of Assam and Jammu & Kashmir.<\/p>\n The deletion of the \u00a0big chunk of population was done with retrospective<\/p>\n effect from 1961 onwards, although the authentic headcount of census operations<\/p>\n carried in the years 1961, 1971, 198i had already been published and was available<\/p>\n in public domain.<\/p>\n Worldwide no other democratic \u00a0country has ever \u00a0taken recourse to this kind<\/p>\n of political fudging of census headcount !\u00a0 It is a shame that the fudging of census 2001<\/p>\n data was done during the tenure of Dr. Manmohan Singh who is supposed to be an<\/p>\n Economist of\u00a0 international repute !<\/p>\n As regards the fast-paced demographic changes in most part of India attention<\/p>\n may be drawn \u00a0to a facts-and-data packed article written by two eminent<\/p>\n demographers, late\u00a0 Prof. Mari Bhat and A.J. Francis Zavier. The article titled,<\/p>\n \u2018Role of Religion in Fertility Decline – The case of Indian Muslims,\u00a0 was<\/p>\n published in Economic & Political Weekly<\/i>, Mumbai\u00a0 dated January, 29, 2005. \u00a0In<\/p>\n the very beginning of the article\u00a0 on the mast of the column, \u00a0the following \u00a0summary<\/p>\n note had appeared :<\/p>\n \u201cThe fertility of Muslims, which was about 10 per cent higher than that of<\/p>\n Hindus\u00a0 before independence, is now 25 to 30 per cent higher than the<\/p>\n Hindu rate, and the difference according to religion is larger than the<\/p>\n difference between\u00a0 between the forward and depressed Hindu castes and<\/p>\n tribes.\u201d<\/p>\n Frankly, the present Registrar General of Census, appointed by the Sonia Gandhi-controlled<\/p>\n the United Progressive Alliance regime , has successfully led up the garden path the<\/p>\n Union Home Minister, Rajnath Singh.<\/p>\n The master mystery of the\u00a0 continuing fudged Census 2011 narrative is that<\/p>\n even after \u00a04 years the Union Home Ministry has not\u00a0\u00a0 published\u00a0 the Census<\/p>\n 2011 data despite repetitive attempts made by an RTI activist to elicit the religion-wise<\/p>\n growth rates\u00a0 of different communities at all India level as well as in various States, as<\/p>\n revealed by the Census 2011.<\/p>\n Rajnath Singh Responsible for BJP Defeat in Delhi Assembly Elections<\/b><\/p>\n The bottom line is that had the religion-wise\u00a0 data of Census 2011 been<\/p>\n released before the elections to Delhi Assembly the Bharatiya Janta Party would not have<\/p>\n suffered the most ignominious defeat at the hands of AAP.\u00a0 According to an informed<\/p>\n source in the\u00a0 office of the Registrar General of Census, Delhi has witnessed a sharp \u00a0upward<\/p>\n increased in the percentage of Muslim population vis a vis<\/i> the Hindus. At the same time,<\/p>\n the sharp increase in the percentage of Muslims at all India level and in certain States like<\/p>\n Assam, West Bengal,\u00a0 Bihar, Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra etc., would have awakened<\/p>\n the Hindus to the reality of\u00a0 the looming threat of the serious demographic disaster<\/p>\n facing them. \u00a0By making use of the Census 2011 data the volunteers of\u00a0 the BJP could<\/p>\n have easily motivated at least 10\u00a0 to 15 percent more Hindu to come out and vote !<\/p>\n Grim Possibility of BJP Losing Bihar Assembly Elections <\/b><\/p>\n Unfortunately it appears to be \u00a0beyond\u00a0 the comprehension of the Union Home<\/p>\n Minister, Rajnath Singh, that Census data is a key component of the strategy of winning<\/p>\n elections.\u00a0 He does not realize that the UPA government had strategically \u00a0forestalled the<\/p>\n publication of\u00a0 religion-wise\u00a0 headcount of Census 2011 before 2014 general elections.<\/p>\n If only the Home Minister was able to understand the import of\u00a0 this simple ploy of<\/p>\n Sonia-Manmohan Singh\u00a0 regime he would not have sat on the reigion-wise data of Census<\/p>\n 2011 for the last 10 months.<\/p>\n It is time that someone awakened the Union Home Minister to the well known<\/p>\n adage that\u00a0 \u2018demography is the key to every democracy\u2019<\/i>. \u00a0He should be bluntly told that<\/p>\n like the National Capital Region\u00a0 of Delhi,\u00a0 Bihar\u00a0 too is a State where the growth rate of<\/p>\n Muslims\u00a0 has been rising fast since 1951.\u00a0 Any further delay in the release of\u00a0 religion-wise<\/p>\n Census 2011 data is bound to adversely affect the voting percentage \u00a0of Hindus in the<\/p>\n forthcoming Assembly elections in Bihar.<\/p>\n In any case, the inability to publish the 4 years old Census 2011 data is a grave<\/p>\n aspersion on the functioning of\u00a0 the Union Home Minister !<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Demographic Death Stares at Hindus :\u00a0\u00a0Kerala Hindus Become A Minority\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Consequences of\u00a0 Not… more
