Rishi Sunak’s Defeat In UK PM Election Is Good For All , UK , India and Sunak : क्यों ऋषि सुनक की हार मैं ही सब की भलाई है.

Readers will remember that about two months back itself, I had predicted that Rishi Sunak will not win conservative party election in spite of being more suitable , primarily because he is not white and is a first generation British citizen. Brits will never accept an Indian origin man as prime minister . Rishi was being accused of being a traitor for abandoning Boris who gave him the second most important job in UK . But his contest and defeat both are good for him , UK as well as India .
UK’s economy after Covid , Brexit and Ukrain war is almost unmanageable . A country used to two percent inflation is having ten percent inflation .Cost of living has gone so high that both pensioners and lower middle class is finding it difficult to live . Country will go into a strike wave . EU economy is in shambles . It will not be able to support or give any concession to UK . UK requires a politically tough but deft economic handling . Rishi was talking absolute sense but common sense is so uncommon . Liz Truss cannot manage economy with her and Boris subsidy plan . Recession is already knocking at door.
But conservatives have to win the next general election in one and a half year. So subsidy and tax reduction are unavoidable for ensuring victory . Rishi and Indians would have become whipping boy for all faults of Brexiteers and Ukraine heroes. His getting more than sixty thousand votes is good enough for him and India . As PM he would have to always prove his not being too pro Indian at the cost of British . Neither jews like Kissienger nor Preet Bharara could do any thing for Indians in USA and is hated by IFS for Devyani affair . Muslims out number hindus in UK by a factor of almost two . They generally support Labour party . Conservatives have been able to get many hindus and some muslims on their side in recent years . Divide and rule at its best as now Asians cannot affect any election result .
As Liz Truss fails inevitably, Boris will try to come back . Whether Rishi will get second inning cannot be predicted at this stage.
