ICJ & ICC Judgements On Israel : Dangerous Penetration of Western Media and Institutions By Jihadis
West is breaking from with in due to the dangerous propaganda amongst youth and media by the Jihadis and Terror supporting countries’ . How else can the judgement on stopping military action in Rafah can be delivered in midst of war .
If October 7 attack on Israel by Hamas was not an act of terror than world must redefine terror . If an unprovoked killing of thousand people including civilians and abduction of 150 people , rape and murder of hostages in public view is not terror than What is terror ?
Why has the West lost its will to fight terror ?
It is a result of a brilliant strategy misusing the free world open policy . Western media , universities news papers were purchased and jihadis were planted as silent deep cover agents . Money made responsible people shut their eyes and mouth . Now that the made to order campus and street protests have erupted wildly, in support of the guilty Palestine people, some countries are chickening out and even recognising Palestine state as a nation prematurely ,with unsettled border , unsettled resource distribution , unworked economic viability check etc .
Why I am calling Palestine people guilty ?
- Gaza population has not disowned Hamas . There is no street demonstration against Hamas . For at least a decade foreign aid was misused and tunnels have been made with full knowledge of people yet no one objected .
- No one has any regret or expressed regret over the un provoked attack on Israel and its civilians .
- Hamas has not released the hostages and using them for bargaining .
- Hamas has not apologised for the attack and Islamic countries are not calling Hamas a terrorist organisation . Mahmud Abbas is running PA peacefully from West Bank but is highly unpopular . People there want eternal war not peace !
There have so many wars in Asia and Africa with millions of deaths . International Courts never intervened . It is not for ICJ , ICC to intervene in wars . It is the job of Security Council. Putin’s arrest warrant was also a mistake so will it be if ICC issues arrest warrant for Israel’s Prime Minister Netanyahu . These are dangerous shortcuts in international diplomacy. Heads of State represent will of their nation and are not answerable to ICJ Or ICC .
Europe’s acquiescence of terror or recognition of an undefined incomplete nation will harm the whole world . It will lead to more frequent wars .
UN had agreed to creation of two states ie Palestine and Israel . Arab League members did not let it happen peacefully. They are really responsible for the Nakba exodus on May 14 1948 . Hamas openly states its policy to destroy Israel. Palestine people’s mentality has changed in last seventy years . There is no oil , water , minerals, industries in Palestine area . Israelis created them by their ingenuity. Palestine do not have that political, educational or cultural capability at present .They are not economically viable people without massive aid . Aid comes from war . So this war will never end .
Palestine miseries are nothing compared to the torture of Jews in history particularly Holocaust in which millions were exterminated in gas chambers.
Now that Jews have got a nation they cannot let it slip away by the paid and orchestrated wailings of the gullible and distant un affected people. Egypt honestly abided by the agreement with Israel and has got its land back and is ever since living in peace .
Yasser Arafat got that chance in Oslo . If he had defended the agreement in Public he too would have died like PM Rabin but Palestine would have lived peacefully for ever , But he chickened out . Now it is a game of Russian roulette. Unless a miracle happens only one state can survive . If un avoidable ;
the survivor has to be the sane , innovating Israel .
But the price of this survival will be willingness to face an intermittent war every ten years and a bigger war every twenty five years . This war must continue till Hamas is liquidated completely or it releases all hostages in exchange for safe passage to any Arab country. Gaza cannot have any armed police or military in future for at least ten years. Palestine people have to continue living on aid which Arabs should give , being responsible for giving them unrealistic hope in 1948 and other wars . But knowing the history we know that some new Hamas / Hezbollah will be created in the next ten years by clandestine funding .
Every problem cannot be solved till its time comes . Palestine is one such problem . World must live with it but must insulate itself and not panic.
