Why Pakistan Must Pay India To Make Four Dams On Indus In India : Its Brainless Failed Marshal And Army Will Come Begging In Thirty Years But It Will Be Too Late To Save Pakistan .

अपनी गली मैं कुत्ता भी शेर होता है . अमरीका मैं बैठ कर ,ज्यादा शराब पी कर,पाकिस्तान के Failed Marshal Mulla Munir ने भारत को धमकी देते हुए कहा कि हम भारत कों सिन्धु नदी पर डैम बनाने देंगे और बनने के बाद दस मिसाइल छोड़ कर उड़ा देंगे . उसके गोबर भरे दिमाग मैं लड़ाई के कुछ और आ भी नहीं सकता . पर तीस साल बाद ,अगर पाकिस्तान बचा रहा, तो हाथ जोड़ कर भारत से डैम बनाने की भीख मांगेगा .
Recently while addressing a conference of friendly American Pakistanis , its Failed Marshal Mulla Munir declared that If India makes a dam on Indus river we will let it be made but blow it up with ten missiles after completion . An Osama Bin Laden in suit and a dangerously spoilt army man like him and his predecessors, cannot think of anything better than war, to gain fame and acceptance by public . Not realising that in the treaty also India has right to make run of river dams on Indus and take drinking water and water from agriculture . Also treaty permits India to store 3.6MAF of water against 0.8 MAF being done at present .
But twenty years later Pakistan, if it survives , will request India fervently to make four dams on Indus in Indian Kashmir / Ladakh .
The reason will be the Climate Change !
Those of us who are older than seventy years will remember that in our childhood monsoon showers were spread over many more days and often for seven days drizzling used to continue . It is all gone

The less number of days does not allow water to seep into ground but it flows into drains and rivers during monsoons . Pakistan lately has been frequently witnessing devastating floods as in 2022 affecting 33 million people and causing 1700 deaths .
Himalayan glaciers feeding Ganga and Indus rivers are receding fast and by 2100 eighty percent of glaciers may vanish . This rate will increase particularly if the Trump anti climate stance is adopted by Europe and other countries.
Due to a large quantity of water being withdrawn for agriculture from canals in Punjab , vast land in Sindh estimated at five million acres has become salinated and unsuitable for agriculture . More canals in Punjab like the now stalled six canal extension project will make it worse . More dams like Kalabagh dam will also affect Sindh and other provinces adversely . Karachi’s water shortage is well known .It has come under the grip of tanker mafia . Political system in Pakistan has collapsed and will not be able to solve any major problem in the next twenty five years as Army’s interference is not letting it mature and immature demagogues hold the nation to ransom .
In India even, river water distribution amongst states, is a very serious problem but the trusted political / judicial system is able to contain it through protracted negotiations and its mutual adjustment culture. Pakistani Army is dominated by Punjabis and is not neutral. It does not know the art or value of negotiated solutions to complex human problems and grievances . As in Bangladesh earlier and Baluchistan now it wants to solve every problem with guns. It will reduce their share but does not know how to increase the size of the cake .
The big Mohammed dam is being constructed by China, which will take almost the entire electricity and the resettlement cost is borne by Pakistanis . It is the first major dam being constructed after Tarbela Dam in 1968 started in General Ayub era and completed by with World bank funding. Today Pakistan is under huge debt and World Bank will not easily fund more huge Pakistani projects .
So the net result will be the repeated devastating floods , vanishing ground water and irregular rainfall . It will make Pakistan request India, under international pressure, to make dams on Indus river system in Indian side . It will save its life line ie the canal based agriculture and reduce devastation due to frequent floods . The ground water level is falling rapidly and tube wells will not be as useful after thirty years .
But by that time, India would have developed its nuclear ,solar , hydrogen and wind energy . It might also develop better irrigation techniques like drip irrigation .It may face political problems due to large scale resettlement needed to make huge dams. It will therefore ask for much higher share possibly in river water .
Therefore Mulla Munir type ‘ Useful Idiots ‘ for America, should understand the full implications of the words they utter in a foreign country which is world’s sole power even today . They should not drag Pakistan into an unnecessary war just to please their masters by say staging another Mumbai type attack say in Kolkata by misguided Islamists in Bangladesh or Rohingyas ! Pakistan will get caught as in Pahalgam and will pay for its misdemeanour .
Pakistani public is now becoming so ill informed by the gagging of media that now no one can make them see the long term interests of Pakistan and make people accept voluntary sacrifice, necessary for a safe future .
India & Pakistan should have and can still stay like old America and Canada as visioned both by Jinnah and Gandhi but it needs Jinnah and Gandhi not Asim Munirs !
