Bombil Media, an enterprise app developer, has launched Aawaz – an app that can be used by people in distress to alert people in their vicinity about their plight.
Ashwin Roy Choudhary, founder and CEO, Bombil Media says the inspiration for the app came from the out pour of anger across sections of society about the Delhi gang rape. “We all have the intent to do something good for others, but unfortunately we do not have enough platforms to do what we want to do. That is how the idea for Aawaz came about.”
