वैसे तो वह इंडियन मुजाहिदीन के लिए पांच साल से काम कर रहा है . परन्तु पटना धमाकों के बाद उसका नाम ज्यादा खुल कर आया है . बम के धमाकों के अलावा उन्होंने तीन बन्दूक के निशाने बाजों को भी यह काम सौंपा है . खंडवा जेल से फरार हुए अबू फैसल का नाम भी इसमें जुड़ गया है .
यह भी कहा जा रहा है की इंटरनेशनल सिख यूथ फाउंडेशन को भी इस काम मैं जोड़ा जा सकता है . पकिस्तान की लश्करे तैबा का भी इसमें हाथ है. परन्तु यासीन भटकल ने ह्य्दर अली के बारे मैं अनिभिग्यता जाहिर की है . पाकिस्तान के इससे जुड़े होने की पूर्ण संभावना है . परन्तु इस का अभी पूरा ब्योरा नहीं मिल पाया है .
लगता है नरेंद्र मोदी की जान को सुरक्षित रख पाना भी हमारी पुलिस व्यवस्था के लिए एक चुनौती बन गया है .

Hyder Ali Shaqoor is from Aurangabad. An alleged operative of the Indian Mujahideen, he is out on the lose and the only job assigned to him is Target Narendra Modi.
According to a detailed report of the Intelligence Bureau, it is the Indian Mujahideen and the Lashkar-e-Tayiba which is desperately after its life and the plot that has been drawn is detailed.
Hyder Ali is a relatively old time operative of the Indian Mujahideen. Although he has been part of the outfit for the past 5 years, there is not much filing on him which is one of the primary reasons why he was chosen to execute the job. His name infact cropped up when he had surveyed a couple of targets in Uttar Pradesh ahead of the Gorakhpur rally of Narendra Modi. There were sketchy details about him during the Patna blasts as well as he was believed to be involved along with Tehsin Akthar. Tehsin currently heads the Indian Mujahideen.
The question is has the IM given up? IB sources say that they have not and they would continue to try and target him as this would probably be one of their biggest ever operations. The IM is completely aware of the crackdown on them in case they try and target Modi, but are prepared to take the risk as they feel a major message will be conveyed.
According to the plan hatched by the Indian Mujahideen and Lashkar-e-Tayiba of which Hyder Ali is the head, they are not only looking to carrying out a blast, but have also assigned the job to three sharp shooters as well. Hyder Ali is also said to be using the services of some SIMI cadres for the job. Abu Faisal a SIMI operative who had recently escaped from the Khandwa Jail in Madhya Pradesh on October 1 was allegedly in touch with several operatives before he was re-captured on December 24th. He is said to have contacted members of the Hizbul Mujahideen and also the Tehrik-e-Taliban to assist the IM in this job. However there was no positive response from the above mentioned two outfits since they do not have a green signal from the ISI to operate in India as of now.
The IB says that all the public appearances by Narendra Modi have been directed to be placed under very high alert. In fact a team has even been sent to Nepal as it is suspected that the sharp shooters would enter into India through there. There are three sharp shooters of Pakistan origin working for the Lashkar and IM which are under the scanner at the moment. The intercepts suggest that they may try and enter into India as the election heat intensifies in India and Modi would address more rallies.
On the other hand there are also intercepts to suggest that the Lashkar may spring a surprise and order the International Sikh Youth Federation to carry out the job. Although the outfit has nothing against Modi, it would have to obey orders of the ISI only to return the favour its members took for the past one and half decades. The ISI sheltered funded and trained the Sikh militants after the Punjab police wiped them out.
These intercepts have led to the police questioning Yasin Bhatkal and throw more light on the plan. However Yasin only confirms that there is an urge among them to eliminate Modi. It would be a big operation for us and we find the need to do so thanks to the Gujarat riots, Yasin says. However he said he had no idea about the latest plan involving Hyder Ali and said that it could have been planned after his arrest.
