During his interrogation, the police learnt that his organisation was funded through hawala, using Surendra Kumar Jain and his family as a conduit.( Wiki ) पर अंत मैं उच्चतम न्यायलय ने सही निर्णय  दिया कि किसी डायरी मैं कोई नाम हो तो वह बिं अन्य सबूतों के अपने आप मैं कोई गवाही नहीं मानी जा सकती . आज इसी तरह अमरीकी एप्स्टीन फाइल का नाम बहुत उछल रहा है. किसी की डायरी मैं कोई नाम लिखा होना कोई सबूत नहीं माना जा सकता . इस तरह से तो किसी को भी ब्लैक मेल किया जा सकता है . हां इस आधार पर जांच शुरू की जा सकती है . जानकार लोग अच्छी तरह समझते हें की एप्स्टीन एक बड़ी जासूसी संस्था का मात्र छोटा सा एजेंट था . जिस देश को इससे फायदा हो रहा हो वह वहीँ जासूसी संस्था का  एजेंट था .हमें इसको बिलकुल नहीं सुनना चाहिए जिससे हमारे नेता ब्लैकमेल न हों . एप्स्तीन ने अमरीकी जेल मैं तथा कथित रूप से आत्महत्या कर ली थी. जिस समाज मैं खुली  वैश्यावृति को आज़ादी है ( हॉलैंड) , जहाँ एक अकेली पोर्न साईट Mind Geek  , $700 million  का व्यापार करती हो उस समाज मैं सेक्स स्कैंडल कि अब कोई स्कैंडल ही नहीं है . बिल क्लिंटन मोनिका लेवंस्की इस लिए फंस गए को वह वाइट हाउस की ट्रैनिंग स्टाफ थी . राष्ट्रपति कैनेडी तो मीटिंग से उठ कर मर्लिन मुनरो से सम्बन्ध बना कर वापिस आ कर फिर मीटिंग करने लगे .राष्ट्रपति ट्रम्प ने तो सब कुकृत्य कर लिए और अब भी दन दनाते फिर रहे हें . Epstein Files has 6 million pages . क्या कोई सामान्य व्यापारी इतनी विशाल कांटेक्ट लिस्ट बना सकता है जिसमे अमरीकी राष्ट्रपति , इंग्लैंड के प्रधान मंत्री , राज कुमार , अनेक देशों के बड़े नेता , बिल गेट सरीखे उद्योगपति सम्मलित हों . ऐसा कौन सा व्यापारी होगा जिससे इंग्लैंड के राजकुमार की पूर्व पत्नी अपना उधार चुकाने मैं सहयता मांगे या जो बिल गेट कि मिस्ट्रेस को मासिक भत्ता देता रहे ? सीधी बात है कि यह किसी बड़ी जासूसी संस्था कि है चाल है . इसका एक बहुत छोटा हिस्सा सेक्स कृत्य हें जिनमें से कुछ मैं छोटी लड़कियों के साथ भी कुछ लोगों के नाम हें . यही तो माइकल जैक्सन के साथ भी हुआ था . सेक्स एक प्राकृतिक इच्छा है जिसे समाज शादी को मान्यता देता है पर बाकी पर अलग अलग समाज मैं प्रतिबन्ध अलग अलग है . ऋषि विश्वामित्र तो सिर्फ अप्सराओं के नाच से तपस्या खो बैठे थे . चाणक्य ने विष कन्यायें बना कर रखीं थी . राजा पर्वर्तक की ह्त्या भी एक विष कन्या से करवाई गयी थी . सेक्स को दबाने से इच्छा और प्रबल होती है . हम यह नहीं कहते कि सदाचार को भूल जाएँ . पर विदेशी जासूसों पर विश्वास कर अपने नेताओं को हटाना मूर्खता होगी . उनके कृत्यों के ऊपर निर्णय लिया जा सकता है . परन्तु यदि किसी के बेडरूम मैं झांकेंगे तो वही सब ही तो दीखेगा जो वहां होता है . यदि राष्ट्र हित से कोई समझौता किया हो या शक करने के लायक पर्याप्त सबूत हों तब ही कोई कार्यवाही होनी चाहिए . अन्यथा हम विदेश जासूसी संस्थाओं के जाल मैं फंसते जायेंगे .     ...

The New Neutral India Is Right : दोनों मित्र हें पर जिन्होंने  हमारे किसी युद्ध मैं हमारा साथ नहीं दिया उनके लिए हम युद्ध का  खतरा क्यों मोल लें , हाँ शांति कि कामना और प्रयास अवश्य करेंगे और मानवीय सहायता अवश्य देंगे ! राजीव उपाध्याय देश मैं भौकाल आया हुआ है कि हमारे सदियों से मित्र देश ,इरान के निर्दोष राष्ट्र प्रमुख आयोतुल्लाह खामेनी की ह्त्या  पर हमें अमरीका व इजराइल की भर्त्सना  करनी चाहिए थी . किसी देश पर अकारण सैन्य हमला अंतर्राष्ट्रीय कानूनों का उल्लंघन है जिसकी भारत को निंदा करनी चाहिए और ईरान कि मदद करनी चाहिए . यहाँ तक की पूर्व रक्षा सलाहकार शिव शंकर मेनन तक ने हमारी चुप्पी को गलत करार कर दिया . यह सत्य है कि इसमें अंतर्राष्ट्रीय क़ानून का उल्लंघन अवश्य हुआ है . पर जब अमरीका ने मादुरो पर , सद्दाम पर , गद्दाफी पर और अनेकों राष्ट्रों पर हमला किया तो कौन रोकने आया . इन सब मैं भारत तो परिवार की बूढ़ी दादी की तरह है जिसकी बात सुनते सब हें पर मानता कोई नहीं . अगर वह झगड़ बैठे तो उसकी रोटी भी बाद हो जायेगी. भारत ने अब तक बिलकुल ठीक नीति अपनाई है . हम युद्ध को रोक नहीं सकते . दोनों मित्र हें . इसलिए चुप रहो और यदा कदा  शांति के लिए प्रेरित करते रहो . फिर इरान विशेषतः खामेनी हमारे कभी मित्र नहीं थे . कश्मीर पर सदा उन्होंने पाकिस्तान का साथ दिया . आर्टिकल ३७० हटने के विरुद्ध कश्मीरियों को उठ खड़े होने को कहा . ईरान के शाह ने १९६५ की लड़ाई मैं पाकिस्तान को जेट खरीदने के पैसे दिए और अपने हवाई जहाज भी दिए. 1971 कि बांग्लादेश कि आज़ादी के समय शाह ने पाकिस्तान का समर्थन किया था . १९६२ के युद्ध मैं भी ईरान ने कोई सहायता नहीं की थी . नादिरशाह और अहमदशाह दुर्रानी को भूल भी जाएँ तो भी कुद्रेमुख पर इरान अपने वायदे से मुकर गया था . इसी तरह भारत द्वारा खोजे गए फरजान गैस फील्ड को आज तक भारत को नहीं दिया . हमारे व्यापारियों का चावल इत्यादि का पैसा देने मैं बहुत देरी करता है . पिछले कई सालों से भारत और ईरान के हित मिल गए हें . चाभार बंदरगाह मैं भारत ईरान मैं बड़ा निवेश कर रहा है और भारत को भी फायदा है . भारत रूस के व्यापारिक गलियारे / रास्ते से दोनों को फायदा होगा . अफ़ग़ानिस्तान मैं अशरफ घनी की सरकार को दोनों समर्थन दे रहे थे . इस तरह जहाँ दोनों का फायदा होता है वहां वह मिल जाते हें पर अपना घाटा कोई नहीं कराता है. इसके विपरीत इजराइल ने सदा हमारी बहुत मदद की है . १९७१ मैं भी , कारगिल की लड़ाई मैं भी और ऑपरेशन सिन्दूर मैं भी . हम आज भी इजराइल पर रक्षा तकनीक के लिए आश्रित हें . ऐसे मैं इजराइल को दुश्मन नहीं बना सकते . इसलिए  भारत सरकार बिलकुल  ठीक कर रही है . हम युद्ध रुकवा नहीं सकते . न इजराइल न अमरीका को अपना दुश्मन बना सकते . तो फिर सिर्फ खाना भेजो , दवाएं भेजो और बाकी मानवीय सहायता देते रहो . दोनों को शांति के लिए प्रेरित करते रहो . यही हम कर सकते हें और कर रहे हें . हमारी नीतियाँ हमारे हितों को साध रही हें जो ठीक है .   ...

That had to change.” India won the Cup that afternoon. The nation erupted. But Salve was already planning. He met PM Indira Gandhi, told her of the humiliation, and received her full backing. His mission: bring the World Cup out of England. Forever. Everyone said it was impossible. England and Australia held veto powers. They had hosted every World Cup in history. Salve didn’t argue with the fortress. He studied its blueprint. He united India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka into an Asian bloc. He courted 21 Associate Member nations that England had always ignored — promising them five times more money. He peeled Australia away from England by offering them the next hosting rights. And when England said Asian daylight was too short for 60-over matches, he simply changed the format to 50 overs — creating the modern ODI standard the whole world plays today. The ICC vote: 16 to 12. For the first time in history, the World Cup left England. What followed changed everything. England and Australia lost their veto powers within a decade. The financial centre of cricket shifted from Lord’s to Mumbai. The BCCI became the richest cricket board on earth. The IPL was born. Billion-dollar TV deals followed. Every rupee. Every franchise. Every World Cup on Indian soil. All of it traces back to two refused tickets in a half-empty box. The lesson: The officials at Lord’s spent one minute refusing those tickets.
